The aim of the training is to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of the APQP4Wind process, as well as to introduce the requirements and tools. Participants will practice how to effectively use the "tools" and forms in practice.
This will enable you to coordinate projects in the wind industry with a particular focus on ensuring quality.

The concept consists of a project management stage-gate process and provides concrete steps for creating a product quality plan. This is intended to enable the error-free development and manufacture of products or services that meet the requirements of wind turbine manufacturers.
